Just bought a CTX- how to prepare?

I just got the tracking number and I should have it Thursday night . My wife and I will be leaving for Florida shortly there after so I'll be playing with it down there for now.
Where in Suffolk are you? I'm sure I'll need help and welcome your invitation.

I live in Nassau county but hunt Suffolk county farms and home sites regularly.
