Sorry to have to say, the answer to your question is No. The CS Selma Arsenal .58 (and .54) "Lube-Grooved Enfield" minie had a very-long and very-rounded nose like an Enfield minie (hence its name), and its body-grooves were distinctly more rounded-out looking than the angular-shaped ones seen on typical yankee 3-groove minies. Also, the Selma Arsenal minie has a "plug" (wide flat-topped cone) cavity. Please examine the photos below... a sideview and baseview of a .58 Selma 3-groove minie. Compare your minie's body-grooves, and the length of its nose, with those of the Selma Arsenal minie.

490 grains, 31.7 grams

Length approx .88in, base almost exactly .57in, neck .60in
