All that glitters is not....gold. In this case, I believe it is mica.

Only way to know for absolute is to crush that to near powder, and pan it out.

I Don't want to destroy it, in case it is a gold ore, afterall it is more valuable as a gold ore specimen than the gold I will get after crushing it.

Can you take some better (sharper) images?

Did you do the Shade test ? meaning hold it in natural light then hold it in a shaded area if it still has the same shine luster to it it might be Gold but as mentioned best way is to smash a small amount and pan it. Good luck.
