Is it just me, or is this section going downhill fast?

Hello William Walker as far as I know never personally visited Oregon. However some of his fleeing mercenaries from Honduras many have? Interesting coastline. There was claims by a person who lived there of mysterious visit of small sailing in ship in mid to late 1850's. Research in archives confirmed the existence of this man being there at the time among a few other things. Enough at least for an interesting topic in its own right.

Well, In 2002, a team of researchers from Oregon State University found evidence of human presence on the southern Oregon coast at the Indian Sands area of Boardman State Park dating more than 10,000 years ago — more than 2,000 years older than previously known archaeological sites on Oregon's coast. Carbon dating of artifacts (similar to ones found on the Alaskan and British Columbia coasts) suggested an origin approximately 12,000 years ago.
And I know a few Chetco Indians. Chetco people - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So....somebody saw somthin'

Aaaaaah, my own thread started about me. How sweet of you Uncle Matt ...

For those of you demanding the modrators read every post and approve it, well, get real. How many hours in the day do you think there are? Furhter, no offense to the mods, but who made them Treasure Gods to decide what is 'on-topic' or not.

It is interesting how when one, such as myself, presents alternative theories, that span centuries and different groups involved over here that I suddenly have agendas (like you don't UM -I'm at least honest about mine) and are off topic and ruining this forum.

I'm a Generalist. As such I see the BIG PICTURE that most specialists miss. And I share that BIG PICTURE, 'cause many of these Treasure Legends are all wrapped up in that BIG PICTURE and most THers only explore the small picture.

Sorry I don't have pictures of women's feet to post, nor am I one with a foot fetish to discuss.

Speaking of threads that are pretty useless, a waste of my time, and taking this forum downhill ...

Don't be discouraged, Nobody. Maybe someday you'll attract a groupie with nice feet too.

Of course people are allowed to have whatever opinions they want, but then so are the people who have opinions about those opinions. When people start talking about how they see and know things no one else does, that is a red flag for me personally. Of course, I am always happy to consider any verifiable evidence they have to back up their opinions, but often its the case that no such evidence is offered and the reader is expected just to accept the things that those people claim as factual. As well the things that are often held up as evidence are not valid forms of evidence, but merely that which the presenter wants accepted as valid evidence. The idea that the treasure tales we are all entertained by are all in some way intertwined into one "big picture" will require a whole lot of evidence for me to accept. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. And please understand there are many such people posting on this site, and my comments are not aimed at anyone in particular among that group.

No way mods can read all the posts, there just isn't enough hours in the day which is why we have the "report" feature.....

The owners and TreasureNet rules is who gives mods the power to decide what is off topic in a thread and to delete those off topic as well as enforce all the other rules..

No offense taken.....
