Interesting Find

[MXT Man]

I was swinging the MXT with the 15X12 coil and found this item about 6 inches down. It looks like one of those meat tenderizer hammers. The hammer is quite small compared to today's hammers. The total length is only 5 inched, It seems to be made of iron or steel. It gave me a VDI of a quarter. The area I found it dates back to the 1952 period but a house was on the land in 1823. I also found clad with one dime a year shy of silver. Based on the condition of the hammer can anyone venture an age on it?
