Credit Union no longer sells coins

My grandson has started CRHing the last month. I was told I could only pick up 2 rolls daily, no more boxes. Has anyone dealt with this problem? I live in Utah.
I've run into that periodically since I was a kid hunting through rolls of pennies in the 60s. It depended on the bank, the branch, or the teller brushing off the kid. Sometimes the savings banks would send you to the commercial banks because they had more coins (or so they said...). When I finally got enough money to open an account, guess which banks I didn't lend my money to. 😁

One of the local banks used to run a "Coin Collectors Day"s in cooperation with the regional numismatic society. They'd get corporate sponsorship to buy coins and salt the rolls. The last one I recall was '65 or '66; it drew in hundreds. My biggest regret is that I couldn't afford rolls of dimes, quarters, or halves, cuz they were still loaded with silver. 😔
