Interesting Civil War bullet, Jesus face carved on it?

I found this bullet on private property that a friend of mine owns in Dinwiddie Virginia.
This property saw a lot of action during the Civil War. I have found many other bullets.
And, a few other things.

But, the Confederate soldier that had this one, carved a face on it. I could be wrong, But,
I think the soldier carved the face of Jesus on this bullet. That is what it looks like to me.

I had my son, and my sister look at it, and they agreed with me.
This is the best picture I could get of it.

It's getting kind of crowded on on the Jesus bullet, but, with him there, all things are possable.

DM, Holding the Jesus bullet in my hand, I can see more detail than the picture will show.

This I can promise you, The bullet in the picture, is, as it was when i took it out of the ground.
I'm glad you can see what I am talking about on the bullet.

Now I can see it, thanks Cache Crazy. It seems his left eye doesnt come through in the picture. but can make out the rest of his face now. Maybe the missing eye shows in real life but doesnt translate in the pic? Pretty cool tho.

I had been carring the Jesus bullet around in my pocket.
I have now put it in a small protective cotton lined box.

As you have. I also have found quite a few Civil War, and other relics over the years.
In its category, this is the most unique bullet I have ever found.
