Went back to the same spot to further clean it out. I knew conditions were going to be decent so I went for it. Got there and found holes everywhere made by the same guy from last time. I detected for about six hours since I was finding a good amount of targets. I did skipped quite a few dime signals to save some energy for the gold signals One of the nice tones I got gave me a VDI of 2 on the equinox. The signal sounded nice but I’ve been fooled before so I just hoped for the best. Dugged the hole and out comes this nice little ring with stones all around. I wasn’t sure if it was gold so I checked for a mark and it sure did. The mark was minuscule but it said 14k. The diamonds are real and it weighs a whopping .85 grams and the wife confiscated it already, oh well. I also found a little blob that weighs .80 grams and it looks a little yellow. I know it’s not aluminum so I’m guessing it’s a tooth/filling from someone cremated my clad total was $11.01 so that’s a successful hunt in my book. Happy Hunting to you all my friends

My wife does get upset sometimes when I go detecting but things like this makes up for it a little. She used to metal detect with me but she has lost interest but hope she comes around. HH
