The mods at White's Forum tell us to go to treasurenet if you want to post that. Here is a spot for us to do so. If your item gets deleted there, this is a spot we can all share our info.
Let's keep it clean here. Then we can talk about all the brand names and it will not get removed.

Ok ill go. Mine isnt as good as some others but here iit is.

I asked how much my DFX would sell for to buy a V3 and it was deleted. BS!

Everybody knows it can be confusing/upsetting when posts get removed and I sure would hate to see it happen to
you all here as well. In other words, airing the dirty laundry of one site on another, is usually a bad idea.

Just my opinion...but, if you guys are as annoying on the White's site, as you are here.............I can certainly understand why some of the posts are being deleted.

One person had a good point there are two sides to a story. Here is were we can tell our side .
Some times there are real true question asked on the fourm. And not bad questions. These people spend there hard earned money buying whites products with an understanding that the forum is a great place to learn and compair opinons and ideas and not just post the word NICE FINDS.
I have always owned whites products I have spent over $10,000 in equipment in whites products over my life of detecting. I have never owned a diffrent brand. I still Love my whites detectors.I just feel bad that the new bee's gets beat down just for asking a question on the forum. We can all pick up the slack here on this page to help that new guy get a fair understanding of his true question. Note this page was intended not to slam the whites forum. Its just for us to talk about the stuff or things that they choose not to let us post about.

What is happening on the White's forum and with the V3i for example, really causes me to wonder. Regardless, it has caused me to migrate in this direction. I wish only that I would have known/found this forum a long time ago...it may have saved my from a waste of $$$$ for a machine purchase based on a whole bunch of hype and little validated fact. It was, "my bad" as the youth of today have a way of saying.

I had a post removed from the whites forum, I even had a personnel pm sent to me from one of their moderators concerning my post.......However I think the whites forum is first class for info on the whites products and I will continue to use it for just that reason....

Out of interest here's roughly what I posted....... I recently purchased a Spectra V3i & I am having problems using a particular hand held USA probe, it causes my V3i to false....... Has any one else with a V3i experienced the same concern ?.......

At no time did I name the hand held probe (Garrett), all I wanted to know was, is my V3i at fault or is it just a clash of operating frequencies between the two products.......

Since then I have treated myself to a Sunray Invader DX-1 Probe and I have to say it works very well with my V3i...
