There is a place in Lombard called electronics exploration (Whites service center). He runs it out of his garage, but he has all whites detectors/ coils you could want. He also has coin probes, digging tools (lesche etc.) and a lot of books. I bought a detector there a month ago and went back for a coil, he gave me a pretty big discount on the coil.

Anyone know of any other places to buy detectors / accessories locally?

i've been there and i don't like the way he does business,just my experience.i deal with Ron Shore from Windy City,he's a straight shooter,could have taken me alot of cash i was ready to spend and talked me out of it.
