I'm not finding much of any decent deals on any gold or silver lately, though the same place I picked this Edison replica light bulb up for $5.00 does have a 14k Teddy Bear stickpin for $50.00 which should be around 1.5 grams. I decided not to get it because Thursday is 15% off seniors discount. If it's still there tomorrow I'll get it. Back when I was in grade school Edison was haled as the great inventor of the light bulb and changing the world. Thought today I'm not so sure he gets the same credit as he was given back then about this marvel of technology. I sometimes think it was this invention that only allowed more hours added for us humans to just screw things up at a faster rate.

Yes, when I was in school Edison was given lots of credit for his inventions. Seems today though, they try to discredit him and say that he claimed credit for other people's inventions. I wasn't alive back then and didn't know him, so I can't say one way or the other.
