this is basically similar in size and shape as a junior mint.. heavy like lead ..when i first posted here ,peeps tgought it was lead..but didnt give up on it.. used manual camera settings and lots of lighting and bingo.. ..so need to start over figureing out what it is ..a any one ? any idea i have more pics ill upload in a fee mins...every angle i turn it the imafe changes ..i think its a coin

its sum sort of coin or rock art.. i no it dont look like it in the pictures.. im workin on gettin better shots..its paunted on the rounded side and hammered on the flattrr side..axtually let me post one of the others i found.. maybe it will help ..while im at it i may as well see if anyone knows about rock carvings i found

I don't see any carvings at all. Just natural rocks.

The first one looks like a piece of melted aluminum, it is not a coin, button, nor intentionally made art. See tons of theses things in the ground, often aluminum, but sometimes lead, zinc, or tin alloys.

It may look like a rim. It may also be what hits ground first flash freezing and the weight of the molten rolling over the edge making appear to be a manufactured rim.
I just confused myself.

well 99% sure I know what type of coin it is somehow I got lucky researching the three Rock sculpture things the coin definitely looks like solder or lead drippings ... his one of my photos I had taken this morning and this is what I'm pretty sure it is1500-1700's spanish cob,, looks just like the top row second coin in ... and as far as my rock sculpture issue I figured out that they have a name and there's really not much info out there on on it they call it portable rock art but check out my video these things are amazing take a look at my video that I just made and you'll see that I definitely suck taking photos because these things are the neatest wildest Things I've ever seen I do apologize for my mumbling in the video I uploaded wrong video have no video editing skills and lost my patience so so now that's the one and if you think that the scabby boulders let me know and I'll go get some glasses and get off the sauce /

Something's wrong with that photo I downloaded the wrong one it's actually the right coin the second one from the top but it's facing the wrong way hopefully I can find that picture so I can post them side-by-side in fix my mistake there-

Get a diameter on the coin. There are charts with coin diameters.

If it's a coin,, congrats to you.
I see a possible button but it may be too heavy.
Try to get an approximate weight. If it is lead, you can sample an edge to confirm.

I'm sorry to burst your balloon... but your cob is 100% NOT a cob. It's just a piece of melted lead or or something similar. Your rock art is rock art if you want to call it that, but they are 100% natural / not-altered-by-man rocks.

ok new find same place as those rocks. im conviced im seeing the same rock peiple .im seeing on this new find .. dedfintly metsl, its heavy, its gut people ..ithink ? see anything ? its deffinitly not a rock its a metal bar 145mm 14mm and weighs 136 grms
