I was once dyslexic too. Or so the professionals thought. But I am KO now!

Sometimes I type in all caps too. But it is just for my benefit (so I can see it)!

My personal excuse is I am horrible at typing and only use this dang contraption to do research, for vacations, digs, and to pass the time between work and classes. I joined the group here because it is a group of people that have the same interests as me. I don't care how you type, spell, use punctuation or whatever. If I can't understand it I move on to the next post. Not everyone sits at a keyboard or with a device in there hand all day and practice posting forums. Ease up this is entertainment. Life is to short and to precious to worry about such things. Just get out there and find some more cool things to show me!

I can undrestand not liking the shorthand........yet we have choices to make.......seems that not reading them if they bother you is best..........many people today, in paticular younger ones, write in this shorthand as routine.....
But this is part of our choices...don't read it........

It must be the fact I teach first grade. I have been able to read every post and honestly can't remember thinking, "Hmm, such and such can not spell or punctuate." It must be the fact that I read phonetically. I am all about seeing cool finds and learning new things. Keep posting everyone!

it's because after detecting for hours people have crab hands and can't type correctly. Soon there will be a legitimate syndrome connected to it (like restless leg syndrome) and our insurance will cover it :-)
