I don't think any self-respecting tribal elder would in any way regard that as a showpiece demonstration of workmanship. There's absolutely no logicality to the flaking and, as evidenced by the second set of pictures, a huge 'stack' on one face where the 'technique' (if you could call it that) has gone badly awry. As @Plug N Play pointed out, it's not even a particularly suitable piece of material for knapping.

I read about a late 1700's trading post here in IL that had a "large stone arrowhead" that was found out front during excavations. The theory was that the arrowhead designated it as a trading post. Gary
