how old is everyone here?

hey guys i was just wondering hot old everyone is because i am just getting into TH and i have found that a lot of people are older. Which is cool because of the experience but i was wondering why there is not very many younger people like me. I am 20 years old. just thought it would be interesting!

just turned 54 July 2nd. Just starting out MD'ing. So far so good. love it. Funny thing, I've learned more about browsing the internet and using search engines than I knew before getting a MD. the research is at least half of the fun.

I'm old enough that I get tired after swinging an Explorer II for just two hours. Of course it could be the sholder surgery slowing me down or maybe it just that it is SO FREAKING HOT! out there this time of year. Who knows for sure. I will be the big 5 0 in about 20 days.

Started detecting in 1978.
One day that year my boss at the pizza place I was working came with a whites detector and a few rings he had found at a lake beach.
I used my first paycheck to buy a piece of crap detector.
I have been hooked ever since.
