41 been at it for 2 years and rich in texas if you were 10 in 72 you was born in 62 and you would be 48 this year not 43 :thumbsup:
 

68 here and feel like 90. Everything is broke.

This topic is so old that I'll bet some of the older guys no longer detect. I am 63 and can hunt all day, or all night if need be and still have lots of left over energy. It's what keeps me going. Now, if this damned snow that is blanketing the country will just melt.
 

I'm 43. Got my first detector 1 year ago, now I have 3 already. Tis thread is entertaining and fun to read!

I'm 60 and started about 4 years ago. first find, 15 feet out my back door. 1944 silver quarter....very nice way to start.

67 next month, Lord willing. Been hunting off and on just over 40 years.
