I think your are now officially over your head Hehe! I'd get him his Garret I know I love our Tesoros but....

52 and bought first machine in 1979. A White's 5000-D and have been using until last month when I upgraded to a DFX 300.

I'm a seven hundred and sixty one year old Leprechaun. I have a leprechaun cave and I keep expanding it because I have been filling it with treasures for seven centuries. I will dispurse most of my finds to smaller cache sites in a couple more centuries. Then I will travel for a couple more centuries before retiring.

I hope all of you children are researching fairy tales so you can catch me before me great-great-great-great-great grandson finds my new hiding places.

Happy hunting

63.
Started in 1962 in the Australian central Victorian gold fields using an old world war two mine detector that myself and a school pal went halves in.

Sheesh, I was with Teddy in 1898 at San Juan hill in Cuba, that was a jolly good show. Incidentally, I noticed that almost no gals showed, which reinforces the rule that a gentleman never asks a gal her age.

Don Jose de La Mancha

57 My first detector was a Goldak (I still have it) which I bought in 1969 when I was 18. Man, there was a LOT of good stuff to be found in those days..
