How many words are in the DOI to solve B2?

Why would you mention the Berlin Clock and Kryptos at Langley as an example?

Did you find that the CIA were in on some kind of major conspiracy?

Pic related is from the NSA files on the Beale, from an article shown in their archives on cryptography, and other subjects of their dealings

Uhm, isn't this image about the Forest Fenn treasure?

Just asking.

On the left is the NSA's archived file on the Beale that accompanied an article about their interest in the subject, being a challenge to their cryptographers

What was found is that there is a specific shift in the cipher of the Beale at a certain point starting with the 500th letter that matched their interpretations of the use of a specific alphabet.

They also being avid gold diggers at the CIA were interested in what goods they could retrieve from these stashes to start their 3rd World War. You see Albert Pike was planning 3 of them and the Beale had two stashes, used for the first and second wars. They were trying to find money for black funds. They discovered that it was all used up though....boo hoo.

The fact Forrest (AKA Aquino) was using this added shadow was a sign both of these affairs were used to get treasure hunters to give up their information to them so they could fish whatever data they wanted from them through Data Mining techniques they were using for decades.

Remember our most dearly beloved Hutton Pulitzer, who not only made it to stardom in the History Channel's Drunk Island, but now seems to be able to prove voter fraud himself? He was one of these Data Mining specialists from their cabal and used the Cue Cat to make a killing, while invading the homes and computers of thousands of people that used his "free invention"

We can even date back further to the Geraldo Rivera special on Al Capone's Vault that was a saga in the making for their cabal.

Geraldo once had "Forrest" on his show as a guest....and yes they all know eachother

To watch this site's discussions divebomb into oblivion is another strategic blunder of their cabal chasing ghosts, as the real hunts are underway and when looking for info I don't spew info online to their "followers"

It's kind like watching people come here because they want to merely knock other threads with their own banter, but it is apparent that they have nothing to offer.

There are many faces that do not offer anything positive and seek to derail the evidence that is open for others to find themselves

Really, are you asking adout the DOI used in the pamphlet. 1322 words without spaces. You can find it here.

What helped me the most was realizing the current translation of c2 is filled with errors, the proof is the skip patterns of the misspelled words. Certainly his words misspelled were not by accident

Really? I am not just going to give the answer away (actually I will on YouTube... it needs to be in the public domain). Obviously there is more deeper meaning to this puzzle or game (Since he referenced it as a game 'candle') and to understand WHAT that is you will have to go through the steps, (instructions as in the book in BLACK and WHITE folks) or you can waste your time like you have been doing for years... trying to research the people, places or even better brute force the code with computers. I am sure I can give "Ron Gervis" a few pointers on the DOI. I would have thought, with this site being as old as it is, that SOMEONE would have at least found the candle for crying sakes. Guess Not, How's that GOLD FEVER?
The game was worth the candle and I do have the key, but tell me this, why was this used "and only hopes that the prize may fall to some poor, but honest man, who will use his discovery not solely for the promotion of his own enjoyment, but for the welfare of others"? The answer is simpler than you will believe...
