Can we call it an "English Rose", "Red Rose" or "White Rose"?

You can call it the Yellow Rose of texas...for all I care.

Even though its most likely English, we will call it the Yellow Rose of Texas.

Whatever it is, its symbolic and/or English because its obviously not the shape of a rose. (Thats why I thought it was Tudor)
