If you know Minelab products, you are familiar with the fact that they made alot of their coils with a bad design flaw.
The coil ears would crack and make the good coil useless because it would not stay on.
This coil works perfectly, but may be a bit ugly.
I had to buy a 3D printed part, shave the cracked ear down (but not as to damage anything), and replace the ears with
a new 3D printed part. It is glued on with 2 part epoxy and the white ugly stuff (waterproof steel stick), I put on it to make sure no water got under the 3D part.
The coil is still good and works excellent. I could not bring myself to spend another $400 for a new one when this one was still good.
If you can look past the cosmetics, this coil is fully functional and will find you some great stuff.
I have priced it low because i don't need it anymore. Selling AS-IS
