Hello there!

Yes it's been a while. I was down off my feet with a couple of diabetic ulcers on my toes that took a few months, almost a year to heal, Along with the wife receiving a kidney, she's doing well I'm back on my feet. It's been one heck of a year

I've been able to get out on an invite hunt to an old smeltertown where I found a Mercury Dime, 5-cent trade token and this lead object which looks to be like a cup.

Hit an empty lot I've been eyeing didn't pull much out of it except for this 54 caliber three-ring bullet that day was an awesome hunt.

Today I went back to a a lot I've been back to several times before. I hit a bouncy signal High dime low quarter. Started digging I saw the edge of the coin I was hoping for a walker. To my surprise it was this Honolulu Hawaii Aloha Carnival token don't have much info on it yet. That ended my hunt for the day cuz my curiosity got the best of me. I'm hoping for a rarity thanks for looking Happy Hunting enjoy the pics

Wishing you both a speedy recovery, and congrats on your finds. I like that token.

It's always a great feeling to be up and moving around once again after having a sidelining problem. Congrats on getting the rare token and the other keepers on the first of many hunts that you deserve after this past year. Congrats on the finds and to you and your wife over coming the struggles of this past year.

yes to be out is great. the finds are my bonus.

Thanks all for the best wishes and congrats. this new year is looking up. back to digging....Always take your trash. good luck, and happy hunting to all.

Mid 1910's Hawaiian cultural piece is amazing! Congratulations - this is far more rare and interesting than the average Walker and the boards speak highly of this token. Here's some more cool stuff. https://thehawaiiananumismatist.com/2016/01/15/my-kahanamoku-collection/. In every description of this token I see either RARE or EXTREMELY RARE so you have a veritable J A C K P O T !

This is awesome! I knew I smelled Goooooold :) Now you have an NGC number that can be researched for past sales. Whoo hoo Hope its a million

Nice finds!!! Nothing like drinking out of a lead cup. LOL

congrats on the silver Merc and cool token! HH

Does drinking out of a lead cup make your lips heavy? BTW Why isn't this coin going Banner? Surely its rarity justifies a Banner find? Im voting BANNER on the token. I just looked at ha.com past sales and not many Hawaii tokens sell for less than a thousand dollars and the majority sell 3K to 25K!

Actually thats what worries me, its either one or the other. Rare, then Very Rare, then Extremely Rare, so they are jumping scales. Best stick with less than 200 known.

Less than 200 known? Wow. Seems like a banner find to me! Congrats!

BANNER as well from me! :icon_thumright: That's rarer than any of my rare coins. By the way, just for future reference the 'So Called Dollars' reference number on your token is HK-721 and its Medals reference number is 2M-329.
