Did you find it recently ?? or at the outing ??
Makes me wonder who put something there , and who came back and dug it up
I was going to stop by , but I got caught up looking for something I misplaced out by the Verde river

It was at the event. I took a couple guys up there to see it also. Crazy thing was the Indians down in the canyon, one with a tom tom and the other singing. They were right below the hole.

I have a feeling this hole goes a lot deeper. The tailings pile is pretty big, plus the trail and all. It's a nice trail for such a small hole, relatively speaking of course.

Thats correct Randy , that is what first caught my eye , the tailings spread out over the trail leading up to the hole
It has been there for quite some time as I am sure you have noticed the mesquite and what not growing back and quite heavy at that
