Here Is a List of Over 300 Employers Who Have Reportedly Cut Hours to Avoid Obamacare

no, no, no, no. Not to be taken as "combative" at all, and I did not lead off my post with the geniuses remark, that was an afterthought.

My question to you was in short, do you or would you trust a bank anymore if they were not insured by the FDIC? Or would you feel totally great having 300K in the hands of Charles whatshisname?

Do you feel safe know the large traders can trade and change things in nanoseconds? Do you understand how derivatives or credit default swaps work?

you were a lucky one to get that type of work back in 2005. Do you think things have changed a bit in the last 8 years to where everyone and their brother are now cleaning out foreclosures and picking over the carcass of the economy? Or is the economy coming back?

Dave, thanks for this post...

FDIC ??? NO trust at all.

Had a friend during the Savings & Loan collapse in the early 80's. Had all his money in the same S & L he had his mortgage.

His S & L collapsed, gave him $0.10 on the dollar for his savings and called his loan - PAY FULL AMOUNT NOW or foreclosure.

The game is rigged against us all.

well, any reason to cut peoples hours seems like a good enough one to me.

I guess that's why the economy has steadily gone downhill for the working class since 1980. All those undeserved benefits, darn paid holidays, sick time and people that think they deserve to be treated like they are someone are the reason.

One quetchion; Why does health care insurance or healthcare have to be tied to employment?

I have told you before, Insurance is not tied to employment! Why do you keep saying that?

You are very bitter against the people that pay for your life everyday(a job), why is that so?
On another post here you hinted you may not be worth more than 9$ an hour where you are? I have advice for you, Move.
Start a new life where people do not know you and change your attitude, your employers will like you better, and there is more money in that.
Just trying to help buddy.

FDIC didn't insure S&Ls then.

If it wasn't for the "Gubmint", your money would have been (would be) sucked up in a nanosecond. Burp, you're road kill.
