Can anyone help with any info on this......it has a very weird print style I've looked at a lot of prints under a loop haven't seen any like this one.......EL MERCADER DE VENECIA By Shakespeare I'm pretty sure but can't find out if this was a painting or what...... It looks like this one was cut and placed on board like the old maps were "EL MERCADER DE VENECIA" translates to "the merchant of Venice"

So I don't know if it has to do with Shakespeare or not

The area that you are looking at is called San Marco Square, and is located in Venice Italy.

You will likely have to search something like "water taxi outside of San Marco Square" to see your picture from that perspective........in fact hang on a second........

Yes that's exactly what I typed in, and here is one of several pictures you can look at.

Hey that's great, glad I could help.

Venice is a great place to visit, but you've got to watch out for the zillions of pigeons in San Marco Square. LOL.....
