It is stone about 10"×8" looks like symbols carved into it to me. Found in a dry creek bed. It floods when it rains then dries right back up. Many sink holes and caves in the area

Welcome to the forum! Don't get too excited about it. It could be kids messing around and carving an arrow on it while fishing, and I've seen plow struck rocks in fields that look similar. Make up a good story to go with it. Think "Peralta Stones."

I'm right on the Ohio river. We've found 100s of arrow heads and pottery in the same area. I really like this one
