A 302 was a pain to work on in one but seemed a good balance.Had a friend years ago who put a Boss 429 in his Maverick, that baby would haul some butt. We called it the Mighty Maverick, lol. Had it so jacked I had to brace my feet in the floorboard to keep from sliding under the dash. 🤣
