Has anyone seen rocks like these? From a mountain in Colorado

I found these rocks way up on a mountain in Colorado yesterday. They were mostly in the areas of the very rocky road that was cut into the mountain back in the 1920s for the mining camp. So they were apparently underground at one point. I don't see and crystals on them. I put water on them for the pictures because that really makes the green and blue show up nicely. They are going in my fish tank . Does anyone have any input?

Not sure what the rock is but be very careful putting it in a fish tank. Lots of nasty minerals/chemicals can are often found in mine tailings. This could easily harm your fish tank.

Also the green looks like epidote, but that's just a guess.

in the Walker mining district, that green is gold bearing...

don't know about Colorado though...

crush it and pan.

1st pic - the darkest green areas, are they glassy?/crystalized? If so, my guess is a form of epidote. In large crystals, epidote is valuable on mineral collecting
market.
