GTI 2500 questions

Eight Frequencies GTI 2500

the gti 2500 is not a muti. freq detector it is a single freq. detector... it is not a wet salt sand beach detector I have the gti 2500 it struggles in the wet salt sand
falses to much

Hi Outdoors I think that you are wrong about that, look in your owners manual on page 39 under Frequency, it states:

"This detector is capable of operating at eight different detection frequencies or channels."

Take care

in my owners manual on page 45 at the bottom of the page talks about detection frequency this
is for when there is interference from other detectors or outside interference (power lines etc.) then you can change frequency one at a time. it does not run muti frequencies
all at one time
I was talking about muti. frequency being sent into the ground all at one time that is a muti. frequency detector... the 2500 is a single frequency 7.0 kHs detector....

Yeah you are right about that Outdoors, :BangHead:

I wrote to Garrett and very nice a person named Sue Wilson wrote back to me and said just about everything that you said.

Sorry about that.

I would like to know more about your Minelab, it seems that is the best machine for beach hunting.
