I have been finding a lot, since there were some heavy rains recently, which overturned the soil.

All of last week, a whopping $0.68 cents :tongue3: New week starts tomorrow and I will report on Wednesday.

Just realized that it was almost 3 weeks ago that I last found something other than a cent (before today).

- 2012 cent

Total for the year: $19.22 (including $0.10 face in 90% silver), £0.20, €0.01, and 1 AED

I could have had one more cent, but I did not want to hold up a crowd behind me. I went back for the cent, but someone else picked it up in front of me. He did miss the 1992 cent which was covered in a bit of sand right next to the one he picked up.

While I was eating my cheeseburger I went walking around McDonnalds and got 11 cents. Up to $5.70 this year.

Just checking in. No finds this week. And, I did some serious eyeballing. Even resorted to moving trash cans in front of 7-11 for a look behind. In the past I've found more than a few coins behind them. Not to mention the little black snake I found a couple weeks ago. Been a long time for me not to have at least found one lone cent.

Back in the game. Found a wet one dollar bill in my 7-11 parking lot. Saw what looked to be a dime in the Target Cashier lane. The lady ahead of me scooped it up. Nice butt. Worth the loss. YTD $6.33

I you guys would allow me to count the cash and change I find in and around our family washer and dryer, I would smoke the lot of you.

did I already report my $20 dollar bill on ground while in line for a fancy sandwitch? Anyways, I'm reporting it.

TWO NEW GROUND FIND:

My new house used to have bums camping in the woods. while cleaning this month.

1 crack pipe ( broken
1 back of jewelry. All Costume.
1 awesome vintage stamp holder, nickle composition.
Underneath the largest Sword fern in my front yard, I was trimming it, a d LARGE GOLD RING found with my naked eye. A heart breaker, as it was fake gold.

Total Ground Find YTD $264.81

Jan 13 $68.67
Feb 13 $45.59
Mar 13 $93.16
Apr 13 $57.39

Going to start metal detecting so my ground finds will probably be less in the next couple of months.

SAG98, my good buddy. Made a major coin floor find today. At least major for me. A 1899O Barber Quarter barely showing under the Giant Super Market coin machine. Had to use my flip knife, on my knees to get it out. In all my years of digging I can't remember finding a Barber Quarter. Finding one in a super market is a high for me. Rushed home, grabbed the Red Book and it graded a G4 for $10 bucks. G4 is being generous. Good shape but worn down razor thin. Planning on putting it in a flip to keep. Don't take much to get me excited. I do remember finding a SLQ at a swimming hole when I was a boy. As thin as it is, I'm counting it. YTD $6.58. No other finds in my travels this past few days.

Does a 1954P Roosevelt dime count? Got it in my Dunkin' Donuts change.

I went scanning while my wife was in the Grocery store. One cent is all I came up with for $5.71 for the year.
