The picture is old and i don't have it bigger.
I don't see a baby .
To me it looks looks like someone sitting down by water holding a book or something..
i do see the man on the right with the beard. the faces to the left are combined and hard to make out.

As for treasure hunting, if it is a painting done in sand stone , likely pigments in the sand stone, then it truly is a treasure in its own, maybe points to the ultimate treasure..
