let me add IMHO we can now name two of the Peralta mines by their Peralta names ...
the Hoya and the Fresco ,, i have found little to no record of the other Peralta mine unless the TAYOPA peralta name is the EL Sombrero ..
OK lets look at it as a full over sight from what i now know ..
there were in fact 3 mines
Peralta mines , they were the
EL Sombrero
Fresco or Franiscan
Hoya
those same mines were renamed by the jesuits in 1646 and called the
TAYOPA
Jesus Maria y Jose mine
Redemios
in that order..
