I imagine that they don't since the claims are still active mines. I don't think they have to reclaim until mining is all done.

Why wasn't the Hoffman crew regularly sampling the raw paydirt as they were digging? Considering the cost of fuel, maintenance, and supplies in the Far North, moving that much material to recover a couple of dollars per ton was quite a waste.

They were using the hope and a prayer mining technique. Not really sure why they prey to God for gold in the 1st place. Doubt he even listens to those silly fools.

Well it looks like toad is back to his ole numb skull attitudes again and Fred Dodge was saved from a embarrassing situation in his home state , and NOT even a mention of his name in this suit! Well Discovery Channel has deep pockets for toad to waste again! Im surprised the Fairplay Co. hadn't pulled his permit to mine. I guess that will come later this month when he has to appear with all of Discovery Channels lawyers !

Brad it depends on what their contract had in it! He was leasing that claim. the owner may want to get all the gold that toad missed OR they want to find another SUCKER to mine! its still a active mine as far as the owners current permit !

I watch the show tonight. A lot of lies. Freddy claim that the claim is his but a member stated that it is in Loser Toad company name. All the rocks were fun to see. It seem that this claim is another loser just like Toad. I am wondering what moves they are going to make next. I have a feeling that this crew will move back up north, just watch and see. Missed this weeks show, but doubt I missed much.

Unfortunately, the hard drive in my DirectTV box (latest one with the DVR)
took a dump, so not only did I miss GR tonight, I lost dozens of other great
shows I'd been saving up to watch. No recovery possible. (and yeah, it burns
my ass!)

When I do watch the show, I fast forward through anything of Todd's, and much
of Beet's side show. Parker's crew is making the program worth watching, but
barely..lol
