Morning all!

What a crazy last few days to say the least. The company I work for merged with another; it was announced last fall; but finally the two came together this week. Just under 2000 people were laid off on my side of things (mostly office staff and middle management, but some field staff were cut too), I survived by the grace of god. Two of my coworkers were cut, and one out in the west field an hour from my house.
With the poor guy laid off out west, I have been relief operating in his spot until the new company hires a new guy. Saying that, until things settle down, I will not be on much. Very early mornings and longer days.
This morning, this was my 5 a.m. crew watching me make my lunch :laughing7::laughing7:

Quiet begging - well learned it seems. Just lay here and wait till it falls, or they feel sorry for me, time is on my side, I remember I got something once, so there's a good chance it will happen this time. :laughing7:

Just heard about the lay offs this past week and wondered if you were effected-way too close it seems. Best of luck doing the extras-take a breath once in a while.

Treasure....arrghhh !!

Ya, just the sample box.
Bought a lot of it in 1992/3 while in SE Asia.
Been in storage since Mothers Day of 1994.
Silver was 3.80 an oz. then now its nearly $30 an oz.
Probably have 35-37kg. of it still.
Grabbed a photo shoot last year when I went back to the city and visited my good buddy's lock up.
I will have to deal with it someday/someway/somehow.
