The TreasureNet app is no longer supported by the developer, that I am 100% sure of, I didn't mean it wouldn't work, but many members have had a problem with it. What app is he using? Has he tried tapa-talk or a browser like he would on a computer?

No he hasn't yet I will have him do that I have no idea what browser he is using once I get ahold of him I'll have him try that
