Found wallet in the road today

You did the right thing again ! ;) WTG !!!!!!! :)

...and THAT's how this world is supposed to work!

Not for reward. Not for "is she cute." Not "to go to heaven."

It's done this way because IT'S THE RIGHT THING TO DO!

And I too commend you for doing the right thing. No reward needed (other than having a clear conscience!) Well done.

Good job BDoo! Every once in a while someone does something like you just did, and makes someone else realize that this ol' wolrd isn't all bad.

Bobby is a class act, an honest person, etc, etc, etc. We can't say enough about you, Bdoo. Your actions remind me that there are still very Awesome people left in the world.

It's an honor just to have our lives cross in a little way.

I good to here there still is good honest people who will do what they can to get your belongings back to you instead of just keeping it. Especially in Port Huron Michigan.

4 years ago I saw a cell phone in the street in front of the small town courthouse of the city I was living in. It is a common place for young people to hang out at.

I took it home with me, and searching through the phone numbers I found one labelled "home".

Called the guy, who was very glad to get it back.

Congrats on returning the lady's wallet, Boobydoo!

When I was a kid, a schoolfriend told how he'd found a pile of money in the street, in Rome, then kept it. I just thought: wow!
Since then, I grew up a little. My wife once lost her wage packet on the road, and a camera at at a zoo. Both times they were found and handed in, so she got them back. I was profoundly thankful for the honesty of ordinary folk and I carry that with me.

I take my hat off to you, BDoo!

Hi Solomon and MF!

Thanks a lot for the encouraging replies my friends.

The coolest thing about this post
is hearing all of the great stories from everyone
about their similar experiences.
We have a lot of really great people that post here.
Congrats to you all and thanks!!

being a little thief in middleages is cool,
doing pickpocketing in Europe is criminal,

finding a wallet in these days and returning it, something that cant be explained.

much love.

What a gentleman :)

Glad you found the owner. I think we all know what it's like to loose money, especially around rent time. Not much feels worse...
