I can't find anything on it, if anyone has any info id appreciate it, it's from the same site as my 2bit piece, I think it reads (•treele•plate•. •SIAND• COL

Probably reads "treble plate" and "standard." These are common backmarks for early 19th c. buttons. Treble does not mean "triple" as some think it does, but rather it means "highest." This is a British made button most likely, and definitely civilian. Nice design.
