Some sort of rust chemistry or something should be in those circular holes from being in the lake for who knows how many years, those circular holes are interesting be nice if you could clean it up and take photo close ups of those holes. When is this going on E-Bay?

sorry but i think the item in question is worth more then 50!!!!!!!! but thanks for the offer!!

Considering the overwhelming likelihood that it is indeed of alien origin you should probably put a "handle at your own risk" disclaimer on the eBay listing. Just to be safe.

who said it was a rock? have you seen the pictures?
Hunter. Since I had to Google-up a definition of a rock, I found: "The solid mineral material forming part of the surface of the earth and other planets". I have seen the pictures and... hmmm... I believe the item qualifies. TTC

Thank You , thats exactly what im saying. The item in question does very much look like it would qualify as that definition. thanks for the input, i appreciate it.......jeff

If you put a high price on it and someone buys it for a high price just beware and make sure you state this hasn't 100% been ID yet. If someone say buy this for $300 and then they find out its just a piece of early 20th century metal or something in that nature and worth $5 then you may be getting it from the buyer. Jus saying! hope it all goes good.

My piece was definitely dug as is from the outskirts of Area 51. I was being watched by some men in black the entire time. I decided to post this so I could take some of the heat off of your item and give it a chance to sale. Wait, I here banging at my door. Oh crap, flash grenade. RUN DIAZ! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!

beacause that is the truth!!!! it is mysterious.

Most likely one of the most valuable historic finds since the revolutionary war. Too bad there is two of them now. It showed up as a penny nickel dime quarter half dollar pull tab bottle cap piece of iron on my machine.

COOL!!!!!!! Great find!

maybe a petrified fish fillet.

hmmm... OK Terry no problem. Some of us think its not a rock. DIAZ would appreciate your vote.

Final offer. 50 bucks to mark the thread solved and you can even keep your item.
You seem like a nice guy Josh and its a extremely generous offer but I hate to see you spend 50 dollars. Dont worry the madness will fade away eventually. Besides as soon as Silver Searcher gets his oil platform up and running he will outbid you.
