you cant be serious. Josh is correct. This has gone too far. I posted the pics... im out. It was fun for awhile but this is not a forum for childs play. . Sorry DIAZ I cant help you.
good stop looking at my thread you make no sense anywayz.....

This thread reminds me of another thread that a young lady started sometime a year or two ago in the "what is it" forum, when she found a piece of iron slag on the New Jersey Beaches with a toilet puller chain, and a rosie fused to it. She thought she found an ancient gold chain fused to a stack of reales I believe .hilarious

Yes, that was a funny thread....it was a very worn Merc peeking out of a conglomerate of sand and rust from toilet bowl parts including the chain from the flapper that she believed was an old bronze Spanish chain from the 1500-1600s. There was a bolt in the conglomerate which she believed was a stack of reals. She refused to break the thing open even though the evidence was overwhelming that it was just a Merc and a bunch of old toilet bowl parts :) The amount of effort dedicated to this piece of junk is even more ironic than that thread! :)

i JUST WANT everyone to know that evertime you call my item junk you are bashing the 16 other people that voted that it is not junk you are not just bashing me but you are bashing other members that dont think it is junk

ps i invited the bantam couple to this thread just a while ago look forward to hearing there thoughts!!

im wondering the same thing as you Bigcypresshunter , why is it that , arnofarrell can vote twice in the poll? just wondering....

He probably voted before the Mod changed the poll. So when it reset, he was able to vote again.
Either that, or he's trying to muddy the waters so he has a better shot at it on Ebay.

Not bashing your find--one of your own categories was "junk valued at less than $20." I believe it is in this category--junk--worth less than $20, infact I believe it is essentially worthless other than what it would bring as scrap. Maybe you should have created two additional categories: priceless, and worthless. By the way a weight, an old ship's anode, and a blacksmith's drift in this condition, in my opinion fall in the same category that I voted for--junk valued at less than $20. The guy who said it was from outer space obviously meant it as a joke. We are still waiting on his eminent and imminent arrival from the North Sea by the way :laughing7:

Those 16 other members that are saying its not junk are just screwing with you. Everyone and their mom knows this is a piece of useless iron that you most certain put a grinder to. If this thread goes on much longer I will replicate this piece for you. I work on the side as a welder. I can pretty much guarantee you that I can do it.

P.S. everyone that voted not junk and all the people who offered you money are lying, lying, lying. It's 1.6 Lbs. # 1 scrap iron is going for about 12 bucks a hundred where I live. Your useless piece is worth about .18 cents my friend. For the love of god would a Mod please yank this thing :). HH
SO What now your calling t.n members liars??? my item weighs 1.5 pounds.....and im sure people arnt lying about there votes now you sound crazy its ok go have a cup of:coffee2: and take a chill pill:happysmiley:

and yea mr welder this comment is for you show me that replica!!!!!!!!

I am one of the members that voted drift/weight. An old corroded drift/weight is the same as under $20. If you ask the other members that voted, Im sure they will tell you the same.

Its not hard to prove DIAZ. Get on eBay and see what an old pitted drift is selling for in this condition. A weight with the eye broken should be about the same.
