Welcome to Tnet,

There's nothing about the appearance to suggest it's a meteorite and apparently some things which suggest it is not. Good, sharp still pictures would be much more helpful than shaky medium-res video footage in determining what it might be, but the footage appears to show conchoidal fractures, an amorphous glassy texture, and some large surface vesicles. None of these would be consistent with a meteorite, but might well be characteristic of terrestrial volcanic deposits.

I have attached few images that may be to give a better visual.

Thanks for the better pictures. To my eye, it looks to be what is generically called 'lava rock'... in the basalt family, with a scoria-like vesicular surface rind. Definitely not a meteorite.
