Very nice Jeff!! Rings in that darn lake should all have the initials "J M" inside cause sooner or later I think they are all gonna belong to you!!!!

I'm glad you tried a new spot cause I don't think the old spot was gonna give up this kind of keeper!!

Congrats!

DK

They are there yet Dave.

There just deep & on the Wrong Angles to get Good Signals
unless you swing over them at the Exact right Angle & spot.

Hopefully Next weekend the Weather Improves, & you can get back down.

Wow, Great finds, I think next spring I'd be back three with wet suit on and my
water detector. Love the class ring. I bet there are a lot more where that came from.

Very nice haul...great variety. The class ring is very cool. Congrats. Can't wait for the rain to stop here. Makes the digging easier, but seems it will never end.

more on the Dime size Button.

It appears to be Copper & is Fairly heavy for it's size.

After a Day in Electrolysis I see

There is also Writing in a Circular Style Around the Inside of the Circle on the Inner Front. So far I see OO

Re: Found a New Spot at Sweet Arrow Lake

I've never soaked anything for a day in electrolysis. I forgot about a penny I was soaking for a couple hours and cooked it. You must be running very low volts through yours. Any way congrats on the finds again you did great!!

Re: Found a New Spot at Sweet Arrow Lake

I'm Using Baking Soda instead of Salt.

And it was Low voltage. Unfortunately While Typing up My last message the wires Touched & Fried My Unit.

I am now Using a Charger/Power Source for a Police Scanner.
Both Wires Bubble So I have no Idea Which wie to Connect.

Am Dipping for 60 second Dips.

It now appears to have 13 O's in a circle around the Front Middle

Re: Found a New Spot at Sweet Arrow Lake

Jeff....We know your tricks. We didn't even post in the middle of your picture presentation. We knew something good was coming last! :P

That's a nice ring. My mom's class ring is very similar. Good luck finding the owner. I think it will be a nice surprise for her!

Re: Found a New Spot at Sweet Arrow Lake

Returning the ring and making it known that you are moderator on TreasureNet would/could go a long ways in gaining some good press for our hobby. Hope you can return the ring and get a write-up in the local paper for doing so.
