Forrest Fenn s treasure

Noticed article where people have been arrested for using metal detectors in Yellowstone hunting for Fenn's treasure this year.

Posted From My $50 Tablet....

seems like i remember someone asking Forrest if a Md was needed
i dont think he answered the Q

He loves saying," I never said it was buried and I never said it wasn't". HA!

Forrest Fenn was known as a lithic artifact collector for the most part, some of the pieces he collected where of great rarity. I use to have some of
his original pieces he collected, that were accessed by perino, in fact i still have a copy of one of the best examples from his collection, if
anybody would like to see it i'll post a pic of the certificate...

Valleygen, thanks...are you an artifact collector yourself?

Not sure a chest as small as this would cast such a shadow.

I wasn't either until this website changed its message and the recording was different

seems it has become a them from all the posting I have done.

believe what comforts you, the box by the scale listed is EXACTLY those dimensions, 10 x 10", and the Square shape is more evident in the enhanced contrast photo, where you can see the shadow at the top.

it would cast a shadow at the right time.....listen to the voice on the website linked and ask yourself the same question.

who owns the site?

Eldo, all I hear is a flute....which does sound to be Native American.

That website is not associated with Forrest Fenn or the Thrill Of the Chase. Dont be duped by it. Mr. Fenn does not hide behind godaddy anonymous registration services.

We have some new clues for 2015 to chew on. And a couple of new videos too.

Take a peek. Join if you wish.
Discuss with like minded people.

I D now I wonder if it was the same folks who he said were 500ft. from the chest.

There is a little shard looking icon to the left of the native Sitting Bull, hit the little little icon and it speaks

I D your guess is as good as mine! lol

eldo...well son of a gun!

Thanks ID. I just registered. A couple subtle things I noted in that video that made me take note. Will hit your boards soon.

Fenn made his voyage this last fall to

"Check on his jar of 5450" one of his Jars he said

when doing so, he confirmed the the chest was still there, and waited for a while to tell everyone that the Chest is " wet " from the exposure to the elements.

we know its not underwater because he said it can 'easily be scorched by fire'

so we know it is somewhere boldly placed on a rock, where anyone can get to it easily.

Can I ask where he said he checked on his jar last fall? A link please?

Also he never said "easily be scorched". If I recall correctly the phrase was "could be scorched". I could be wrong though.

We certainly do not know anything of how it is actually placed, buried, or hidden though.
