Apparently it is...an endless stream of folks have manufactured the same illusion over the years, all of them believing they had the correct solutions & locations.
What you need to be asking yourself is, "how is it possible that so many can arrive at so many different solutions?"...

...and that is what is ignored by those who claim they have solved the Beale ciphers- none of these "correct" solutions have any sentences in common.
That should provide an educational moment for those "foolish men" to which M Poe referred.
