A long, productive hunt - with two firsts.
Hit the park with Ed Burgee today and came away with some firsts for me - a flying eagle cent and a 2-cent piece. Four coins were earlier than 1900 and this is my 7th consecutive hunt with at least one IHP. I may have found the smallest spoon, measuring just 32 mm. The naval button is two-piece with most of the back missing. First target of the day was the 1917S merc. There were 8 wheats dating from 1910 through the 40s. NEL Tornado coil is making a difference.
