I tried a google search for the Institute for International Maritime Research; couldn't come up with much of anything. Does anyone know anything about them. I'm just curious how they can match FL's $50k and do four weeks of searching. I need a budget like that. Not to mention permits basically almost handed to you, sounds fun.
