First Silver coin!!!!!!

Spent about 4 hours at an old school ..... Found my first silver coin!!! A 1945 Mercury dime, and did my first happy dance!!! Also found a Wheat penny, 1951 D, $5.25 in clad, two keys a dart and this old car..... I had fun to say the least....

Congrats on your first silver..you'll be finding them with more regularity now that you've found your first!

The Tootsietoy vehicle was made in Chicago and is a collectible (the underside should be stamped). I think yours is from the 1950's.

l'll have to check the car. Right now the underside is filled with dirt..... Is there supposed to be a plate on the bottom?

I think that dart thing is actually called a cap blaster.

I had one as a kid. The end opens and you put a cap in there, throw it up and it explodes when it hits the ground. Kinda cool for a kid to play with.
