This is my first post in a looooong time! I'm not sure if anyone even remembers me after such a long time.
I was practically out of the hobby last year, as I only got out hunting like ten times, but managed to pull some silver rings nevertheless.
Today's hunt was the #3 of the season, and we hit a local park with my buddy. This was only the second time ever for us at that spot, so there should be a lot to be found. The place was surprisingly clean with a very little amount of thrash, so it was easy swingin' for us! I think it was my first signal when the E-Trac gave me a strong reading of 12-08. That being a kinda rare number I had to see what it was, so I popped the plug open, and there it was, my first ring of the season, and nothing less than a small gold ring! I sure did the dance! The ring is a tiny womans wedding band, but I will happily take the small gold too!
Now that was immediately one thing crossed off my wish list, so the next thing I need to find is some silver which shouldn't be a too hard task!
