Militia Button: War of 1812 Era

I found this button on Saturday near a home in Middle Tenn that dates before the Revolutionary War. The home site saw significant movement as it was originally a trading post. Confederate and Union troops stayed nearby and it also lays directly on a route used during the Trail of Tears.
I am still trying to ID it 100%. (already posted in "what is it")
I have found similar buttons online, but not an identical match, with the dates ranging all over the place from 1810-1850.
The front has 13 stars, 7 on top and 6 on bottom. The back still shows a little silver and says "Silver'd Surface Warranted"

**Update: I believe it has been ID'd. Thanks to AU Seeker, he found an identical button that is from the War of 1812 time period
