Hello,
Took advantage of a 0.0m tide today and got lucky with this rather plump 8.52g 18k prize. It was out at thigh deep in a channel that is normally overhead. Was only 1ft through the sand to the coffee rock (solid base) so the sinkers were just gathered in droves - also got this with the super slow swing I've adopted - I don't cover alot of ground but I feel like my time is better spent........HH
++++ it is rare to find a "K" marked piece here - any idea what the N.Y stamp is? (other than New York?) - strange the stamps are inverted to each other (upside down)

Nice finds!!

Beautiful ring find.:icon_thumleft:

Gold! CONGRATS!

Love that 18K!!

I wish I could say I found the Maker of 'NY' gold jewelry, but I did not. However, I did find a link to an extensive list of makers marks. I went through about 20 pages, but there was still lots more to look at. Good luck finding the maker of NY jewelry. You can try this link: Chicago Silver -- Jewelry Marks - 1922 Although it says silver in the web address, it clearly includes gold jewelry as well. good Luck, Papa ps. Nice ring by the way.
