>From tiem to time, questions are raised on this group as to the metal
detecting regulations of other countries. This 2002 issue of the
publication of the International Numismatic Commission includes over 50
pages devoted to summaries of the treasure hunting/treasure trove laws
of Scotland, Britain, Denmark, Belgium, France, Austria, Spain, and
Israel, including curious regional variations within some countries,
and a general summary giving plans for future legislation. Essential
reading for anyone planning to use a metal detector in any of these
places:

Treasure hunting laws should be taken into consideration all the time for the sake of those people involved. There are guides and rules we have to follow as some laws are different from another country so as a hunter we must learn all the guidelines first before proceeding to explore sites. This is my research paper written at http://www.lordofpapers.com/ but I have yet a lot to research upon as I will be having a second term paper with this subject line.
