F4

I doubt it's the F4 that's the issue. This happened to me too with an Explorer coil at Christmas. Wife ordered the week before Thanksgiving and called the 20th of December and not only had it not been shipped, it wasn't due to be even at KellyCo until February. A call or email would've been nice since it was a Christmas present. I think they have something wrong in the follow up department...

After I ordered it they told me it was on back order and they would have them WITHIN two weeks after three weeks I tried to use their live help chat it said operators were busy , leave message and they would get back to me ,they did not. So i cancelled my order. On their website it says-
{Operating from a large, 30,000 sq. ft. building with almost four acres of metal detectors and accessories, Kellyco offers a huge selection and inventory to our customers. No matter what or when you order, we will have it in stock! }
I would think If you are going to make such claims you could at least update your website and mark items out of stock. I will not order anything from kellyco again.
 

I am sorry you had such a bad experience with our company. We are currently experiencing supply issues with some manufacturers, as well as other problems within our daily routines. We are working to resolve the issues going on and improve operations so things like this don't happen.

I tried to order the F4 from Kellyco and they wanted me to pay extra to ship to a APO address. I dont under stand why. I felt I was being over charged. They ship USPS and I was able to get free shipping from another company. So, a buddy ordered one with me just because it recognized military. Funny cause they never replied to my emails at Kellyco, until 2 days after I cancelled.

We only offer free shipping via UPS and do not offer any sort of military discount. I'm sorry your emails were not answered in a timely manner. COuld you please advise me whom you emailed?
